Visual Design for the Artist’s Book Zero Point
Exhibited at Sham Art Gallery | 18 August – 3 September 2023, Tehran, Iran
As the visual designer for Zero Point, Elahe Panahi develops a conceptual framework grounded in imagination and collective consciousness. The project, which was exhibited as an artist’s book at Sham Art Gallery, functions as a multi-layered visual system, where meaning is constructed through the accumulation and interaction of diverse visual and conceptual strata.
The work employs photographic montage, painting, and geometric structures to interrogate layered visual and perceptual structures. By examining how meaning is formed, fragmented, and reconstructed across different layers of perception, the project explores the instability of visual interpretation and the openness of interpretive space.
